Who we are

This website is published by Cootheservices Pty Ltd, ABN 44 616 928 897, trading as Seedchange, which is responsible for its content and owns the copyright in it. The Attivare platform was operated by Attivare Pty Ltd, ABN 97 672 804 027, from 2024 until it ceased trading in early 2025; that company was deregistered in March 2026. GNR Media Pty Ltd and the founder of Actuarial Insights Pty Ltd have consented to their stories appearing here. GNR Media’s own website is gnr.media; Attivare is not responsible for its content.

No offer

This website records the history of the Attivare platform. It is not, and must not be read as, an offer or invitation to subscribe for, buy or sell shares or any other financial product, and it is not a disclosure document under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Attivare has ceased trading. It is not raising funds, does not list companies and does not arrange finance.

Results and valuations

Amounts raised are the share capital each company raised through the Attivare platform. Valuations are based on directors' 2025 valuations, as at 30/06/2025. They are unaudited estimates, have not been independently verified, and may not reflect the price at which shares could be sold. A company that has closed is shown at nil. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future performance.

The “value for each $1 of tax offset” figure divides the companies’ total current value by 20% of the capital they raised, being the maximum early stage investor tax offset under Subdivision 360-A of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth). It is a measure of the outcome for the incentive as a whole. Whether any investor was entitled to the offset depends on that investor’s own circumstances, and nothing on this website is a statement about any investor’s tax position.

The calculator

The super income calculator on the Actuarial Insights page reproduces a model developed by that company. It is a historical demonstration that produces illustrative estimates from fixed assumptions. It does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs and is not financial product advice.

This website has no forms, accounts, tracking cookies or third-party services and does not collect personal information; the calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing.
